Accessibility Statement

Think Bold Ltd is committed to making its website and documents accessible to as many people as possible. This statement applies to think-bold.co.uk.

Our approach

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We design content to be readable on a range of devices and assistive technologies. Where we use third-party platforms, such as embedded video, registration forms, or webinar tools, we choose suppliers that support accessibility but their performance is outside our direct control.

What we do

  • Use clear, plain English and structure content with proper headings.
  • Provide sufficient colour contrast and avoid relying on colour alone to convey meaning.
  • Add descriptive alt text to images where they carry information.
  • Make documents available in accessible formats on request.

Known issues

We are aware that some older PDF documents and some third-party embeds may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. We address these as we update content.

Feedback and alternative formats

If you need information from this website in a different format, or if you encounter any accessibility problems, contact rachel@think-bold.co.uk. We will respond within ten working days and will provide the requested information in a reasonable format, where it is possible to do so.

Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service, which is responsible for enforcing the Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations and which provides advice on equality matters more widely.
