For the duration of your subscription to a Rachel Reeds or Think BOLD Ltd mailing list for mailing list subscribers.

For all other parties, for duration of delivery of services plus 12 months.

Who we share information with 

Fireflies.ai This data processor does the following activities for us: Fireflies.ai records, transcribes, and stores meeting audio and video content, generates meeting summaries and notes, and processes conversation data to provide searchable transcripts and action items from our business meetings.

Google Workspace This data processor does the following activities for us: Google Workspace stores and processes business documents and spreadsheets, collects form responses and survey data, and facilitates document collaboration and file sharing.

Microsoft 365 This data processor does the following activities for us: Microsoft 365 stores and processes business documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and other files, manages email communications, calendar scheduling, and video conferencing, and facilitates real-time collaboration on shared content.

Kit This data processor does the following activities for us: Kit performs actions like storing email addresses, sending out emails, managing subscriber lists, and tracking engagement based on the user\’s instructions.  

Stripe This data processor does the following activities for us: Stripe primarily processes payment information like credit card details when a customer makes a purchase through a business using Stripe’s services.  

Zapier This data processor does the following activities for us: Zapier automates workflows by connecting different applications and transferring data between them based on triggers and actions we configure, such as moving contact information between platforms, updating records, and syncing data across our business tools.

Zoom This data processor does the following activities for us: Zoom facilitates video conferencing and online meetings, processes audio and video communications, stores meeting recordings and chat messages, and manages participant information including names, email addresses, and meeting attendance data.

How to complain 

If you have any concerns about our use of your personal data, you can make a complaint to us using the contact details at the top of this privacy notice. 

If you remain unhappy with how we’ve used your data after raising a complaint with us, you can also complain to the ICO.
